By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including vendors, administrators, and end-users.
We provide a WhatsApp Business API platform including messaging, broadcasting, AI chatbots, automation, CRM, analytics, and related services. We act as a technology provider enabling businesses to communicate with their customers via the official WhatsApp Business API.
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to bind your organization to these terms.
You agree to comply with WhatsApp's Business Policy, Commerce Policy, and Business Messaging Policy at all times. This includes not sending spam, obtaining proper opt-in consent before messaging customers, using approved message templates, and not sending prohibited content (adult, gambling, weapons, etc.).
You agree not to: send unsolicited messages (spam), harass or abuse contacts, send illegal or harmful content, violate intellectual property rights, attempt to reverse engineer the platform, use the service for fraudulent activities, or exceed your plan's messaging limits without upgrading.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Failed payments may result in service suspension. WhatsApp conversation charges are separate and billed based on Meta's pricing.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are the data controller for customer data processed through our platform. You must ensure you have proper consent to collect and process customer data via WhatsApp.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by Meta/WhatsApp infrastructure, third-party services, or force majeure events.
The Service, including all code, design, documentation, and branding, is owned by the company. You retain ownership of your data and content. White-label licenses grant limited branding rights as specified in your plan agreement.
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your access will be revoked and data retained for 30 days before deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, WhatsApp policies, or applicable law without prior notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in India.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
